Feeling wet in early pregnancy

Is this normal? After having MC's I keep rushing to the bathroom to see if I'm bleeding - every time I'm relieved that it's just damp undies, but geeze, it's been a lot! Got very noticeable today 4w3d. Clearish, somewhat sticky feeling. Did you get this? Is it normal? Thanks
