Maybe TMI but for those who've experienced it..
38w1d..I'm curious to know.. obviously many bathroom breaks are normal but today my regular 3 poop breaks kind of consisted of diarrhea (sorry lol) is this a sign of labour to come?!

We also had sex (we were too tired to finish) and then I started feeling a little crampy. Does s/o need to finish for it to be effective in stimulating labour? I'm just SO ready 😫
