Hey ladies I have been with my boyfriend for almost a year.. We just broke up because we were constantly arguing but I'm still deeply in love with him and I've been crying like a baby.. do you guys have any advice for copping with this

Give it time. It's always hard at first, but in a month you will be ok! Keep reminding yourself why you aren't with him and go hang out with your friends!

If it's meant to be it will be, you both need space and time normally will tell if you both really want each other.. even if it's hanging out as friends from time to time that's a way of starting fresh. You perhaps were both meant to be and are meant to be but at a wrong time! So give it time, make yourself busy 😊 let him also see that you're coping ok, not directly for him to realise you're rubbing it in his face. Buy this book "act like a lady, think like a man" it legit helped me! Tells you how a guys mind works and honestly, it's great. Wish you all the best x

Break-up Remedy: 1. Turn on your favorite music that makes you want to dance and makes you happy. Sing at the tops of your lungs and dance like Cameron Diaz on Charlie's Angels. No sad, sappy, love stuff. Good To Be Me by Uncle Kracker and Kidd Rock is one of my go-to's as well as Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars, and basically anything man-hating/girl power provoked like the Spice Girls and Miranda Lambert. Singing releases endorphins the same that exercise does, so sing as loud and proud as your heart desires. 2. Fix your favorite foods whether you're on a diet or not. Comfort foods, whether they are snack foods or full course meals are always good for a pick-me-up. 3. Find something new that you like doing that you haven't done before. You won't think  of your ex while doing said activity and that is a very liberating feeling. Who knows, during that new activity, you could meet the person you're destined to spend the rest of your life with. Best wishes hun!! ♡♡♡

have you heard of saying, if it's really for you it will come back to you. maybe you guys just needed a break. and maybe  both of you will realize if you guys really are for each other. but for now...surround yourself with people that makes you happy. spend more time with friends and family. keep yourself busy 😉
