I finally got my BFP!!!!

I'm sitting here literally shaking, I can't believe it's happening!!!!! I'm freaking pregnant ?!?!?! This is our 5th month trying and I was so sure it's gonna be another heartbreak yet here it is, I'm going to be a mom!!! This is insane. I feel like this is a dream! What the hell do I do now??
