I'm 15w3d and having trouble moving my bowels. What can I do?

Metamucil works really well too. I put it in orange juice with pulp so I don't notice any texture

I take probiotics and never have issues with my bowels...I ran out for a month and was miserable. :) they really help me.

Prenatals with iron actually stopped me up. Iron is famous for causing constipation. Make sure you are drinking lots of water. Ask your doctor if you need something more than water and diet. I believe Metamucil and miralax are safe during pregnancy.

More fibre rich foods and if not iron tablets could help if levels are low x
