hcg levels please help

hello ladies just a question had my first bloods taken on 9/8/17 hcg level 19,000 had them taken again 17/8/17 and they are now 58,761 . I had a missed mc in March so gp has agreed to monitor hcg levels this time. We are unsure of how far I am as periods been irregular since mc but think I'm roughly 7 weeks. does this sound like a good increase I'm just so anxious this time.
