help please....

Just wanted an opinion on progression. The first pic is 3 days ago at 13DPO, second is yesterday at 14DPO and bottom is today at 15DPO. All is FMU. doesn't seem to be progressing quick enough to me. Will be calling Dr once they open to get labs. thanks.

*Update: Got my labs done just waiting on results. * **Another Update: just got my results. my bff was only at 42. I have to go back in 48 hours. Hopefully it has doubled. And everything is fine. until then I'm going to just try n relax.**
