Scientifically, no one exactly knows what it is. They say its a little bit of pee mixed with something else so I personally think it's "sexual juices" as you put it and since it comes out or the urethra (i think) there's a little urine in it. Just my guess!

I'm a squirter....and it's definitely better than a normal type of orgasm. my husband loves when I soak him...I don't think he would like to be peed on however so I'm going to have to say if there is actual urine in it.. it isn't much. It definitely doesn't smell like pee and it is slippery like cum. however it doesn't happen as often as I wish it would and I didn't even actually know I could do it until I was with him. takes a special kind of encounter for sure. can't make myself do it. :( although I super wish I could.
