Once a year at my yearly physical. I've been in a committed monogamous relationship for over 5yrs now. So I'm not worried about STIs at this point at all.

I used to get tested once a year at my annual. I no longer do so, as I'm in a monogamous relationship for 4 years and married for 1. Pretty sure they tested me for everything when I started my fertility treatment though, and I know they ran blood tests on my husband.
