14 days late and still negative...

My fiance and I have been trying to conceive and are completely stumped. I have all the signs of pregnancy (raised uterus, clenched cervix, nauseous in the morning, super sensitive areolas and tender nipples, heightened sex drive, change in urine color and change in cm) but every single pregnancy test is showing negative. We've varied brands and stores we've purchased them from. Wanting to exhaust every possible test in method before seeing someone. Any advice or ideas would be completely welcome!!
