dreams

last night I had numerous dreams about taking pregnancy tests. one of them I actually had a vaginal exam in the middle of the baby department at a store lol. I knew the one was a dream because I was excited to tell my grandmother who passed three years ago. every test was positive even the strange vaginal exam. I took a ovulation test when I woke up because I don't believe I'm pregnant. I take meds for my thyroid so I haven't had a period since March. I've had periodic spotting over the last month but nothing like a period. we've been trying for 7 years. I took some advice and tried psychic text which said next april I'll conceive. any opinions or advice
