I had got my mirena Iud removed Feb.14th of this year and every sense having it remove I've been unable to conceive I only had it in for 1 year it caused so much issues after getting it inserted now it just seems like its messed up my body I had recently gotten a couple of faint positive pregnancy tests but my period wasnt due until August 24th and it started August 20th and hasn't never came early I don't know whats going on with my body should I state my concerns to my doctor?!
