I’m 6 days late to my period according to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>, although ive been irregular in the past so not sure if this is normal... tested this morning negative so I’m assuming I’m not pregnant.

However, I’m going on holiday on Friday and would really like my period to come and be over with!

Any suggestions on how to get my period started? I’ve been cramping for a couple of days now.
