I want to be pregnant already 😔

My fiancé and I has been trying to conceive for a year. Doing everything right, I guess. Keeping track of fertile days, timing intercourse, I'm eating healthy for the most part- and I always get nothing. 😞

I have two beautiful daughters from a previous relationship and kinda thinks he's the problem. However, I did have the Marina before we began trying, has that even affected anyone else with conception?
