HELP! 😳

I got my nexplanon out Thursday and we have been baby's dancing at least twice a day since!! Glow says my period should be on from my last one but before that one I didn't really have periods while on it. I just have no idea where I'm at in my cycle and I'm trying not to monitor everything like last time (I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks last May). Idk what to do I just need someone who has advice for me and encouragement because I'm trying to just relax but I'm so tempted to spend all our money on tests and we can't afford that right now ha 😩.
