Update on positive pregnancy tests

I went to re cause I had cramping and bleeding wasn't heavy but I went to hospital they did blood test it came back at 7 and I am having a early miscarriage I was 3 weeks 3 days and I go back tomorrow to make sure my levels are down to 0 so they said this is considered my period so I tracked it when my bleeding started so hopefully I can catch ovulation and know the steps to take but this sucks it does
