Good afternoon ladies. Here is what I'm going through.. I went for my first official prenatal appointment on 8/15/17. I thought based off my LMP I was about 8 weeks and 5 days but according to my ultrasound I am 6 weeks and 2 days. What's frightening is that we didn't hear or see a heartbeat yet AND my doctor is concerned about the splotchiness of my uterus. I go back tomorrow 8/22/17 to check to see if we find a heartbeat, my hormones rise and if my uterus looks more "solid".. Also on Tuesday 8/15 I had blood work done to test my HCG level which came back at 70,908.. I went back again on Thursday 8/17 to redraw and they went down slightly to 67,000.. My doctor doesn't seem to worried because it's still so high and it was a slight drop and I have no bleeding or cramping. I'm currently 7w1d along. Should I be worried with fluctuating HCG levels? Has anyone else experienced this or run into a similar problem? ADVICE PLEASE!!!! 😓
