Sleeping on front baby 7 months

Hey Mums

My baby girl is 7 months and always sleeps on her back however this morning I found her on her front and I totally panicked like hell. I quickly turnt her back on her back. This is now a constant worry for me as I'm

So scared she will end up face down. I have nothing in the cot at all. She can only roll from front to back and can't yet get from back to her front.

Should I be worrying this much? Any advice would be good.

I guess this age is hard as they are wriggling around loads ...

I'm going to worry all night now 👶🏽💕
