Insemination Cramps

Kaitlyn

So my wife and I did an at home insemination using a syringe on July 21st and 22nd and I ended up pregnant but I miscarried on August 6th. With that insemination there was nausea and a little bit of cramping after.

We just inseminated the same way again on August 20th after getting two positive opk's and today my cramps are really bad after sitting for a long period of time. And the nausea is happening again.

Do anyone know if these two symptoms are normal after an at home insemination using a syringe?

Also want to add that I have PCOS but after the first miscarriage they did an internal and external ultrasound which both showed no cysts.
