Miscarriage?

Sorry for this picture but I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I had an ectopic in May 2017 and I don't know if this is a sign of a miscarriage or not. I go to my prenatal doctor this Wednesday for my first visit but this happened way fainter yesterday and now this today. I'm so scared and I'm not hurting besides gas pains and a little lower back pain. But please give me your opinions and if you have ever experienced this before.

Mine told me light pink bleeding is ok and can be normal and it's bright red when you should start to worry....... I am not a doctor and best thing to do is not to worry until your appointment Wednesday pleas keep us updated

Doesn't look like it.. Bleeding is common in early pregnancy but it's not supposed to be dark red or a lot.. Let your doctor know though
