Any gender guesses !!! Heart rate !

So I have a fetal Doppler and I checked my heart beat first it was 98 , and I checked the baby's and it was beating so strong and it was 165 at 10 weeks 4 days !! I know that's not mine cause I checked before and I kept my hand on my neck where you can feel your heart beat and it didn't match what so ever !!! But any guess on gender , I know if it's over 140 means girl and anything lower than 140 means boy , has that been true to anyone !!!!
