Hair, skin, and nails vitamins; pregnancy

Has anyone taken hair skin and nail vitamins during pregnancy? I just found out I'm pregnant and I've been taking the vitamins for a while now so I'm just wondering if it's okay if I continued to. I have an OB apt at the end of the month so I know I'll ask my doc then but I'm just wanting to know by any of you ladies 🙃
