Please help😶

So I've taken the EC EllaOne about 26 hours after the condom broke when me and my bf had sex and he ejaculate inside of me. I am on antibiotics so my BC wasn't as effective and I am supposed to get my period tomorrow. Well i took the pill just to be 100% sure I'm not pregnant. But now I don't know what to do because it has been 2 days since the pill and I've had a load of cramping just like as if my period started but there is only a little blood. Almost as if I'm spotting. Could I be pregnant? Please help and share your thoughts.
