Hurry up AF put me out of my misery

I have stopped tracking but my period is an average of a 31 day cycle but I had pretty bad cramps on the left hand side only lasted that night which was the 17th Aug and the next 5 days followed by mild cramps to nothing, I just have backache now my period is either due now or Friday anyway if anyone knows of natural remedies for backache and constipation would be great I'm off to see dentist on Tuesday for my bleeding gums it's been a really annoying month so over it
