I got mine on the road with my dad and boy cousin. I had to tell my dad even though I didn't really want to.

I was on the last day of Christmas vacation and I was 10. Woke up thought I was dying . Ironically enough just before Christmas vacation we learned about the reproductive system. My mom was sleeping, dad asked me what was wrong and I started crying 😭, mom told my dad what was wrong and he ran to the store and got pads and chocolate 🍫!

I was 12 and just happened to notice a dark reddish -brown discharge in my panties. I was kind of nervous to say anything about it, though I had a feeling that's what it was. I was like 3 days into it before I was 100% sure and finally told my mom. It wasn't until a couple cycles before I started getting the horrible cramps and everything. The mood swings and irritability started almost right away though.

At school 6th grade. Wearing light blue capris. Didn’t notice till I got home. Let’s just say those pants had to be thrown away because they turned red
