Pregnancy

So I took one test last night and one this morning and they was both positive went to the hospital today to try to get it confirmed bc my obgyn wasn't answering the phones and the hospital told me that their test was negative and that it was coming up positive bc of something I ate and from a uti, I finally got ahold of the obgyn and the took blood so question is is it possible I'm pregnant or no??
