birth control IUD implant

I got the Cooper IUD on Valentine's Day so I had it for almost a year now... it was good at first, but now my stomach is hurting & cramping & I have sharp pains even after my period and like a week before.. i got off my period almost a week ago & the pain is still bad!!!! I went to get checked and they said my IUD is still in place.. I think I'm going to take it out soon because I can't take it anymore😭😭😭
