2 rounds letrozole one cycle?

Has anyone ever heard of this or had success? I am starting my second round of letrozole this cycle. I have 3 immature follicles that they are hop8ng to help getting moving. I completed first round of letrozole CD 10. Currently CD 17 and starting another round.

I actually did this my last IUI cycle I did a round of letrezole then clomid then another round of letrezole. I ended up haveing one mature follicle on CD 24 I believe. That was our second IUI and it didn't work. We are currently on our 3rd IUI. This month we have done 10 days of letrezole vs 5 I had 1 follicle today @11mm so I go back in Thursday to make sure its still growing
