My husband is a liar, thief and a cheater(even tho he denies it but I'm not stupid we been living in different states for over two years and make silly excuses why I can't visit him blah blah blah) but he does visit us...he's a evil person..found out my husband is doing fraud and I want to divorce him and fight him in court for our daughter. Should I bring up my concerns in court? Or keep his secret? I want to report him but don't know where to start..help!!!
