Pressure in abdominal area

Okay so I'm in my 2WW and we BD every day in my fertile window in fact we have only not BDed 3 times this month. I have been having some pressure and cramping in my abdominal area in fact it was so bad tonight during intercourse I didn't have him go all the way in. My nipples are also really sensitive. Not like in pain but I wouldn't allow any foreplay involving them the sense was through the roof. Sorry if it's TMI. Has anyone else experienced this? I know I don't have an infection or anything like that.
