am I pregnant and is it to early to tell!!

Hey I was wondering If anyone has had this I'm not due on till tomorrow 4 days ago I have been have cramps and headaches and really sore boobs like I do everytime I am due on so I thought my period was coming early yesterday and today so far no cramps no headaches just really sore vainy boobs I've taken from 2 test over the last 4 days and they have come up negertive so waiting to see if I do come on tomorrow or hopefully take another test on Thursday and it will be BFP lol but is this a good sign I could be or no? please help!!x
