How do u get a nice plump bum? 🤷🏼‍♀️🍑 I have a flat bum but wide hips, my bum has stretch marks as well. If you have any amazing tips or tricks that can help me get a nice plump bum please be nice and share them with me 💖 I'll love you forever

Honestly, squats and lunges. They really help build the glutes. I add a 15 or 20lb dumbbell while I squat for extra weight. You can also try sideways sumo steps. Squat down and step sideways 3 times, then back. If you have a resistance band even better, put it around your thighs just above the knee whilst sumo stepping.
