How do I approach guys ?

So i am 14 and never had a boyfriend and I am interested in new experiences like having one I go to an all girls school in Australia so I don't ever see guys and I don't do sport and crap. I was wandering how do I approach a guy at this youth thing I go to me and my friend really wish guys would come up to us but they don't! Any tips any at all would be much appreciated. By the way the pic below is of me to show what I look like as I think I like approachable ?
