Gestational diabetes

Ive just been for 28 week scan and baby is measuring at 30 weeks- 1.4kg big baby! And I'm being sent for diabetes tests! I am still running and going to gym and also careful about my diet! I am so scared I will have diabetes and that I will have to have a c section!! Feeling very low!!
