Help Me! Fashion/confidence advice... 🙃

So I'm going on a date with my boyfriend later and I have this new red dress. It's bodycon but isn't meant for bras. (I dont own any stick on) BUT I am so self conscious without a bra! I have no boobs!

When I say I have small boobs people think oh yeah so you can go without a bra! But...

So do I just go braless and get over it or do I just wear a bra even tho the black straps will be seen? Like which is worse?

It doesnt help that my boyfriend is a boob man never mind how many times he says my boobs are fine I know he loves some shape. 😕
