Late on Period!!!

So i am 50 days late on my period! I had 4 really really light positive tests! Went to the dr. To comform! Pee on stick results came back negative! My thing is has this happen to any ladys and end up really being pregnant? I am trying not to stress it.. I go back to the Dr. Next month to see whats going on.
