when should someone get fertility help?

I'm wondering when everyone thinks is a good time to go and see about fertility assistance.. 6 months.. a year.. 2 years??

I sought help after being off pill form6 months and not having a period! If you are having a regular cycle they usually say a year!  If your cycle is irregular or non existent seek doctors oppinion.  Good luck
