workout inspiration
hey guys! I'm 17 years old, I weigh about 187 pounds .. I used to weigh about 130. recently iv been to the doctor because iv been getting sick & he said I need to lose weight or I will develop diabetes, diabetes is very common in my family all my sisters have it even my 8 year old sister she's pre diabetic. I need some tricks & workout routines. what do y'all do to lose weight? I go to the gym daily & iv lost a couple pounds. help a girl out! I want my body back 😩😩😩😩😩
