Heart attack?

Currently having 130 heartbeats a minute, I feel nauseous can't really talk....I'm 19, I have anxiety but never felt like this

Hey hun. The normal hearth rate goes from 60 bpm to 120 bpm, when you get anxious the max may raise quit a bit :) breath through nose and calm down and you will be fine ❤️

Could be a really bad anxiety attack sit down and put your head between your legs and your hands behind your head, take slow deep breaths. I have really bad anxiety attacks also.

sounds more like an anxiety attack.  meditation and yoga really helps with this.
