Crushing harder than usual..

Okay so there's this guy at work and he is super 😍🔥😍🔥😍🔥 ( he's super fine is what I'm saying ) & I'm seriously crushing on him right now like it's almost taking over my day. I think that I'm crushing harder than usual because it's been a while since I've had any you know 😏 what do I do I feel like I can't control my urges anymore & he's not that type of guy that's down for anything... I can't take it 😩😩😩 what do I do?
