Normal symptoms for 29 weeks?

Question

I'm 29 weeks and 5 days, FTM, and for the past few days I've been experiencing these symptoms:

Headaches
Nausea/vomitting
Spot of light in vision
Shortness of breath

Are these normal or common during the 3rd trimester?

I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor so I wanted to hear what you guys think until then.

Could be symptoms of preeclampsia. Are you swollen, hands and feet?

Alot of times first trimester symptoms come back which could explain the headaches, nausea and vomitting. Later in pregnancy shortness of breath is also pretty common as the little one is pushing your organs and stuff is getting squished. As for the spot of light in vision, I havnt heard of that being common so definatly talk to your Dr about is as soon as you can!

I hope you hear back from your doctor soon! One day of feeling like that wouldn't be so worrysome but a few days??!???! Are you dehydrated? Laying on your back a lot? Sitting for long periods of time without switching positions?
