mirena iud

I need advise!! I had the mirena iud inserted on August 10th, of 2015. I had it removed on July 12th,2017 being my husband and i want to try to concieve baby number 3. I did not have any problems with the iud at all, and i kept up with my periods for the most part. I had my period 6 days after removal for 5 days, which is my normal. also a week before this period was due i had blood only after i wiped for 1 day. i am now 4 days late for my curent period. also i have deveolped terrible nausea,and im constantly tired and bloated. i have a weird feeling when i try to sleep on my stomach now. i have these crazy pregnacy symptoms but know i cant be pregnant that fast can i? i have taken 2 pregnacy test and they both came back negative. is it normal after the iud removal not to have period and be sensitive to everything?
