What should I do ..

We are planning to start conceiving in a year. Do you recommend that I start doing anything ? I am going to try and get more fit and get ahold of my sugar addiction ha, but other then that is there anything else I can do to make my body more prepared for our future little one ? ( obviously it's a year and i get that's a long time , but idk its a way to keep my mind away from counting down and getting to excited for something that is so far away)
