What do you guys think.

Now I don't wanna sound stupid, so I'm open to any suggestion as to what the heck is wrong with me! I have an IUD, but so far my periods were pretty normal, the last one I had (2 1/2 weeks ago) after I finished, I spotted for 4 days after, with pretty normal cramps for my period. Sense then, I've been achy, nauseas, crazy mood swings, my boobs are bigger with stretch marks and crazy purple veins, and I've been exhausted. I don't wanna say that I think I'm pregnant because I have an IUD and they usually work pretty great. But I'm not sure, so what do you ladies think?!?!
