Exercise advice!!
I JUST got released from bed rest today after being on it for 7 weeks 😱 I'm 18 weeks pregnant now and have gained a few pounds because I haven't been able to work off anything I've been eating lol what sorts of things can I do/should I do?? I want to tone up as much as possible and get strong and healthy before this baby is born!
Edit:: my problem areas are my legs and hips!!
