Lmp 7 weeks ago 
Gestational sac seen on u/s measuring 7mm 
Even the early pregnancy nurse has no idea what is going on and cannot decide if it is a viable pregnancy or not.. I'm heartbroken and just want some opinions

It's not doubling like it should be, but I'm not a doctor so I can't tell you what the outcome will be. I've seen it go both ways.

this is the chart from my hospital for levels, this is when I was 8 weeks 3 days so that's why my number was 35747
but your level is good!
