Confused am I ill or pregnant

How many of us TTC get mixed signals about illness or possible signals. AF is due on Friday 25th and we only decided to start TTC on 15th. (We may have had unprotected sex 29th July also) I have been feeling ill with a sore dry throat and feeling really tired for a week now and for about 3 days I've had a runny/blocked nose and a cough. I've had on off mild cramps not lasting very long and had severe AF style cramps 16th/17th. Just presumed I was not well, however in the last 2 hours I have been violently sick, I am never physically sick, just tend to feel nauseous. Am I thinking too much into this? or is there any possibility? I did a test late last night and was BFN but will be too early I guess. if you have read all of this.. Thank you!
