How long does shoplifting show on fingerprinting

I shoplifted when I was 17. Dumb dumb! ( Don't remind me, oh I know) First and last time. I was not arrested. Probation for a year and some fines.

I am 29 today! I moved to California ( I'm from Michigan, and also where it happened) I got offered a job here BUT fingerprints are required which I did. Waiting for the results.

I don't mention my past on my applications bc honestly that was 12 YEARS AGO! We all fall short, some way ,some how.

My question is will it show up?

I'll be working for a group home (Direct care facility)
