Am I overweight?

So I'm 15 years old and I'm 5'0 and I weigh 69kg (which is like 10stone 8lbs I think) and I was at the doctors the other day for a vaccine and the nurse weighed me and stuff and told me I was overweight and should exercise more and stuff and ever since then I've been thinking about it. She told me to drink a glass of warm water and then go for a run to burn all the fat but like I never have the time or energy to do things like that because I do a lot of work things and by the time I have a chance, I'm too tired so it's not easy for me to do that. Like I've been very insecure and unhappy with my weight since I was about 11 or 12 but I feel like I never really did anything about it and if I did a long time ago then things would be different now.

I've been using this app called lose it and it gives me like a daily calorie limit and stuff but I'm finding it so hard to stick to as well. Any advice??
