Might be a dumb question...

Ok so this morning I got up for work, went pee and took an opk which said I'm at high fertility (not peak,just high) so i take the test, get dressed and as son as I started brushing my teeth I got a belly ache and started dry heaving.

So my dumb question is... if I am already pregnant, would an opk still show high fertility or no because of hormone changes?

This is my first week using OPKs so I'm not that familiar with them. I just found it very very strange that I was dry heaving like that because literally the only time i ever have thrown up was from drinking too much and when I was pregnant with my daughter. So it just seemed super weird to me to be dry heaving like that and I didn't have any food in my belly yet so there was nothing to puke up but my body felt like it needed to. Im just confused lol could I be pregnant? I would've taken a test then but I had already emptied my bladder
